Fixturlaser XA - The Expert Vertical Alignment System

The Fixturlaser XA system is an expert system for precision vertical alignment of drives and couplings. Despite its sophisticated technology, the XA system has been designed for ease of use, and includes user friendly features such as:

• Backlit Colour LCD screen for easy viewing, even in direct sunlight.
• Touchscreen interface for simple navigation.
• On-screen animations and icons which guide users through completing the alignment process.
• Pre-mounted fixtures - lasers can be attached straight onto vertical shafts for alignment without complicated assembly.
• Digital CCD laser technology, 30mm laser detectors and line-laser technology – virtually eliminates the need to conduct lengthy rough vertical alignment checks.
• USB ports for transferring measurement data to PCS - no need for additional software or printers.
• Express Mode which registers 3 measurement points automatically when the vertical shafts are turned.

Unlike the majority of complex laser shaft alignment systems that are on the market and designed for conducting vertcial shaft alignment, the Fixturlaser XA requires minimum training, making it perfect for Technicians who may only perform vertical shaft alignment checks and corrections on a periodic basis. From opening the case lid, users can complete vertcial alignment measurements in under 5 minutes.

Fixturlaser GO System - Bringing Precision Vertical Alignment into the reach of All

The Fixturlaser GO is the latest Vertical Shaft Alignment system to be launched onto the market. Aimed at a mid-price level, the GO system is ideal for maintenance technicians needing to perform fast and precise alignment checks on vertically mounted plant machinery, as well as horizontally-mounted machines.

Fixturlaser GO is the latest addition to the product range "Express Alignment by Fixturlaser" with the typical characteristics of a Fixturlaser system. It is easy to use thanks to the graphic interface, and together with its technical features, such as CCD and line laser in the measurement units with 30 mm large detector surfaces; it will obtain measurement results with a high degree of accuracy. The USB connection allows for fast transferring of measurement results to a PC, which requires no additional external software installed for carrying out the transfer.

Fixturlaser GO comes with all the basic shaft alignment applications in order to keep rotating vertically mounted machinery aligned. It performs horizontal as well as vertical shaft alignment. The horizontal shaft alignment application includes additional functions, such as e.g. SoftCheck™ (control of Softfoot condition) and Target Values (pre-defined values which compensate for the machine's thermal expansion). With the Memory Manager the user can organise his/hers measurement results by creating files and folders.
